I am looking for a personal assistant to help me with around 5 hours per week to get me into the community where I can enjoy my yoga classes, to ensure I keep my interest in writing, and painting as these are things I really enjoy. I also enjoy listening to music, and keeping in contact with friends and family regularly.
Some occasional heavy lifting may be involved, so please bare this in mind before applying.
I may sometimes need help around the house with light cleaning and domestic tasks due to my MS, however this won’t be every week. I am happy to discuss which days the hours will be completed, and if you think this role is suitable for you then please apply

Candidate qualities:
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
