All Saints CiW Primary School is a part of ‘The Saints’ Federation’; a vibrant and happy primary school with a distinctive Christian ethos. We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of our excellent team from September.
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, confident and organised school administrator to join our school, one day a week. The role purpose is to provide confidential, effective, efficient and flexible administrative support to the school, reporting to the senior leadership team.
The successful applicant will:
● Have excellent administrative skills and the ability to adapt to new software applications quickly
● Have excellent organisation and time management skills
● Have a flexible and positive attitude
● Have excellent communication skills
● Be a team player
● Be able to prioritise effectively and manage a demanding and changeable workload
● Be committed to the school's aims and ethos
● Have and maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
● Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with staff, parents, and pupils.
● Give attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
● Be flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
