Hours: 22.5 hours per week (8.00am to 4.00pm Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays), 39 weeks per year (Term Time Only)
Required from Monday 1st September 2025, or as soon as possible
The Governing Body wishes to appoint a committed, highly-motivated, and adaptable school administrator to manage our school office 3 days per week.
The role is rewarding, busy and varied. The successful candidate will have excellent ICT, literacy and numeracy skills, a polite and friendly telephone manner and will be able to deal appropriately with children, parents, carers and other visitors to the school.
This is a varied role and duties will include:
● Management of the school budget and financial systems
● Completion of data returns required by the Local Authority and Welsh Government
● Stock control
● Organisation of school visits
● Collection and banking of monies
● Providing administrative support to the headteacher and teaching staff
● Reception duties and management of the school diary
All school staff are required to demonstrate respect for the Christian ethos of the
school and exercise discretion. A faith reference is not required for this post.
