Hours - 37 hours per week/ 39 weeks (Term Time Only)
Start Date – as soon as possible
The Governing Body wish to appoint a highly motivated Office Manager to work in a friendly busy school office. Duties and responsibilities include analysis of school data, managing admissions, attendance and staff absence. An excellent knowledge of SIMS including FMS module and excel are essential. The successful applicant should be able to work as part of a team and also to act on their own initiative.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and be able to respond positively to the confidential nature of the post.
St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School is a happy, friendly school and the Office Manager must reflect this as the point of contact with the public.
The post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced check.
The successful candidates will fully support the Catholic ethos of the school and will have high expectations for pupils with a wide range of ability and experiences.
