We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team at a prestigious coastal hotel in South Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills in a unique and picturesque setting, delivering exceptional breakfast experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence
-Create a variety of breakfast items, including pastries, hot dishes, and bespoke orders
-Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with health and safety standards
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy breakfast periods
-Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for seasonal or special offerings
-Manage stock levels, minimise waste, and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a chef, ideally with a focus on breakfast or brunch service
-Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and presentation
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
-A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences
-Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends,
