Join our award-winning kitchen team at a prestigious coastal hotel, renowned for its elegance and exceptional dining. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to deliver high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes to our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard, using fresh, local ingredients.
-Ensure consistency in presentation and taste, adhering to our luxury dining standards.
-Manage food preparation and stock control to minimize waste.
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, complying with health and safety regulations.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy breakfast periods.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
-Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine, including classic and contemporary dishes.
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
-Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
-Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
