Business Support Coordinator - Part-time
Location: This is an exciting new role based in Tower Court, with the expectation to attend each of the 3 delivery hubs in Leeds, as required.
Working hours: Part-time 22.5 hours per week, working pattern can be agreed with successful applicant however flexibility is required for this role.
About the role...
Main responsibilities will include the following:
To provide direct admin support to the Clinical Director, deputy and the hub leads.
To support the Chairs of various clinical meetings within the FL Governance Framework ensuring that invites, papers and actions are sent out in a timely manner.
To attend meetings and produce minutes within timescales.
To liaise with the HR department and the Management Team to oversee the completion of mandatory training and completion of the FL quarterly return.
To support the clinical director and hub leads in liaising with HR department in relation to recruitment, onboarding, induction of new staff.
About you...
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent IT skills.
Working flexibility is essential for this role.
NVQ level 3 in Business Administration.
An understanding or experience in Drug and Alcohol services would be beneficial.
