About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for inspiring and experienced Room Leaders to lead our vibrant rooms. This is a key role where you’ll guide your team, create magical learning opportunities, and help our little ones flourish during some of their most exciting developmental years.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Leading and mentoring a team of Early Years Practitioners
Creating an engaging, child-led curriculum in line with the EYFS
Planning creative, adventurous, and meaningful activities to promote learning and independence
Building warm, professional relationships with children and families
Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and wellbeing
Supporting with key transitions (to preschool/school) and championing school readiness
Working closely with the Nursery Manager and leadership team to uphold b_together’s values and ethos
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:
A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Room Leader or senior practitioner experience (min. 2 year preferred)
In-depth knowledge of the EYFS and the ability to plan and deliver rich learning experiences
A nurturing, creative, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
Excellent communication with both children and adults
A positive, proactive attitude and a great sense of fun!
