Summary
Full time position- all year round. Early years Practitioner.
We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the learning and development of young children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This is a hands-on role where every day is different, and you'll play a key part in helping children grow, learn and thrive.
Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
Carry out weekly and monthly planning, tailoring learning experiences to suit children’s needs and interests.
Track each child’s development through observations and assessments, identifying areas where extra support may be needed.
Meet individual needs by developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for children who require additional support.
Set up activities and learning environments, then clean and tidy resources after use to maintain a safe and welcoming space.
Complete daily risk assessments to ensure children’s safety at all times.
Follow all safeguarding and child protection procedures and report concerns appropriately.
Supervise students and volunteers, offering guidance and support in line with setting expectations.
Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
Be an active, supportive member of the team, contributing ideas and working collaboratively.
