Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting operational delivery? We’re looking for a Supply
Chain Administrator to join our team based in Liverpool.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for managing and coordinating the supply of construction and
maintenance materials. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and supply chain partners,
while also taking the lead on managing supplier accounts and processing invoices. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
and building strong working relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
* Processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy from receipt to payment.
* Assist in resolving customer and supplier queries.
* Support general office tasks, including phone and email monitoring.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
What we are looking for:
* GCSE (or equivalent standard) Maths and English.
* Track record delivering excellent administrative support within a similar Commercial Contracting organisation.
* Ability to use IT systems including MS Office applications
* Full UK or EU driving license.
* Be highly organised and detail-oriented to provide essential support to our supply chain team.
* Experienced background in a similar role with strong communication skills to develop good working relationships.
* The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Interview Process:
* Candidates will undergo an in-person interview consisting of a competency based interview
