Summary
An opportunity is available for an experienced administrator to be based at Philip Neri House, Catharine Street, Liverpool, L8 7NL. You would be working closely with the Priest Chaplain, Fr Neil Ritchie together with the wider chaplaincy team including the Chaplaincy Assistant, volunteers, students and university
staff.
This is a permanent post, working 8 hours per week. Monday is a mandatory day with the other day negotiable (excluding Friday’s). You will 4 hours on each of the selected two days and the start time is flexible between 9.00am-10.00m. The salary is £5,542.86 per annum (FTE is £24,250.00).
5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata) and pension scheme are available.
The successful candidate will be required to provide high quality support in all aspects of general day-to-day administrative tasks and financial tasks, ensuring confidentiality of information at all times.
Applicants should have; experience of working in a similar administrative role dealing with a broad range of administrative tasks and data entry for income and expenditure, strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work unsupervised and flexible attitude to work tasks undertaken.
