Are you a passionate and nurturing EYFS practitioner looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and high-performing early years setting?

We are proud to be working in long-term partnership with a fantastic Nursery School in Nechells, Birmingham, rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted. We’ve supported their staffing needs for over 3 years, and they are now looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025.

This is a full-time position in the 2-year-old room, offering a rewarding opportunity to take on key children and build strong, consistent relationships that make a real difference. For the right person, there is potential for this role to become permanent.

    About the Role

    You’ll be:

    • Supporting the learning and development of 2-year-olds in line with the EYFS framework


    • Acting as a Key Worker for a group of children


    • Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued


    • Working closely with staff and parents to support each child’s progress


      What We’re Looking For
      • A minimum of 6 months’ experience in an EYFS setting


      • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years


      • A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach


      • A proactive attitude and strong sense of initiative


      • Genuine passion for early childhood education
