Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a GR3 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and highly motivated staff team.We are looking for a member of staff who is able to work on their own initiative and has:
- a minimum of 5 GCSE A – C’s or equivalent including English and maths
- a Level 3 or above Teaching Assistant qualification
- experience of working with children in EYFS- experience of teaching and planning interventions- experience of assessing children’s progress
- willingness to continue their own professional development
A willingness to be involved in the life of the school and develop good relationships with parents and their children is essential for this Level 3 position.
This role will also include supporting children over the lunch time period.
The successful candidates will be expected to be flexible over their working timetable and have a genuine desire to assist in children’s emotional development.
