Job title: Infor M3 Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Support Specialist for a futuristic position. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting key M3 functional modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR) as well as tools like Infor ION, Smart Office, H5 Client, and a variety of ITSM platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zendesk). Knowledge of monitoring and backup systems like Splunk, Nagios, and Veeam is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support for Infor M3 CloudSuite modules, including Finance (AP, AR, GL), Supply Chain & Order Management, Manufacturing & Production Planning, Maintenance & Asset Management, Human Resource Management
Support and troubleshoot issues across interfaces and clients: Infor Smart Office, H5 Client, Infor Ming.le
Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and incident triaging using tools such as: Splunk, Nagios, Prometheus
Manage application lifecycle tasks and environment updates via Infor LifeCycle Manager (LCM)
Work with integration teams on issues involving: Infor ION, ION API Gateway, and M3 Business Engine (BE)
Coordinate with Infor Support Portal and Infor ION Support for ticket resolution and patch management
Handle service requests, incidents, and change management using ITSM tools: JIRA Service Desk, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zendesk
Assist in backup and disaster recovery readiness using: IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, Veeam Backup & Replication, Acronis Backup
Provide reporting support and incident analytics using Infor M3 Analytics and Birst
Document known issues, resolution steps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience supporting Infor M3 ERP systems, preferably in a multi-module environment
Familiarity with Infor M3 CloudSuite, Smart Office, H5 Client, and Ming.le
Experience using ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshservice, or Zendesk
Hands-on experience with system monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, Nagios, Prometheus)
Knowledge of backup systems such as Veeam, Tivoli, or Acronis
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and vendors
Infor M3 certification or equivalent experience in application support
Familiarity with Infor Birst and M3 Analytics
Experience with change management and ITIL practices
