Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We require a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to work at The Roseland Academy to help support students with Special EducationalNeeds and Disabilities, in order to develop social, cognitive, literacy, numeracy and life skills with selected students on a 1:1 or small group basis.

The successful candidate must be totally reliable, be adept at managing competing priorities andwork well under pressure. This role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality. You must be approachable and sensitive to the needs of all students, as well as being a team player.
