You'll be supporting children with a range of needs including:

✅ Ideal Candidates Will:

Have experience supporting children with SEN (either in schools, care or similar settings)
Have experience supporting children with SEN (either in schools, care or similar settings)

Be calm, reliable, and adaptable to new environments
Be calm, reliable, and adaptable to new environments
-
Be confident in supporting both individuals and small groups
Be confident in supporting both individuals and small groups

Have a nurturing approach and strong communication skills
Have a nurturing approach and strong communication skills

Be willing to provide personal care if required

Have access to a car due to rural school locations
