The Role
As Trust Business Management Assistant, you will provide essential business, organisational, and administrative capacity to enhance accountability and operational efficiency across the Trust.

Working closely with the CEO and SEND Director, you will support key business processes, communications, compliance, and logistics to ensure high-quality delivery of Trust priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Support business systems, policies, and procedures
• Support Trust communications, updating content across websites, social media, and internal Networks
• Assist in organising meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement
• Support data collation and reporting for quality assurance and strategic planning
• Work as a central point of contact for SEN practitioners and Trust and Partner schools
Support the ICT strategy to future-proof digital infrastructure


What We Offer
• Salary: £25,000-£35,000 pro rata
• 37.5 hours per week
• Base location in Truro, with travel across Cornwall, Devon & Torbay
