Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to individuals with varying needs.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and care plans.
- Collaborate with health care professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
- Support clients in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care strategy discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a support worker or care role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3).
- First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
