Proline Care are seeking an experienced Senior to join a new Children’s residential service in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people.

Requirements:
* Experience in residential child care
* Full UK Driving licence
* Clear DBS
* Level 3 in residential childcare or equivalent
* Additional sleep in rate £50
Duties
* To assist management in the day-to-day running of the home
* To promote a stimulating, caring and culturally appropriate environment
* To provide support for the service users
* To work in a multi-disciplinary team
* To deputise in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager
* To lead shifts and support co-workers
* To maintain accurate and up to date records
* To carry out observations or supervisions
