Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor various projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and present recommendations to management.
Prepare reports and documentation for management review and decision-making processes.
Support the training and development of staff by providing guidance on operational processes.
Conduct audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £14.44
