Job Purpose: 
TESTQ Technologies is an IT services and solutions company whose offerings spans over variety of industry sectors with strong technical, domain and process expertise helping clients grow their businesses and decrease operational costs on continuous basis in an ever-changing business environment.   
This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Data Analyst who will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Also, will work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)   
Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
Create and automate regular reports for key stakeholders to track business performance.
Interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly performing data validation and quality checks.
Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Work with databases and data management tools to extract and analyze data.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support project-specific data needs

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]    
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Excellent knowledge in Oracle Apps CRM, ORACLE Forms/Reports, Unix Shell Scripting, Golden gate and PL/SQL.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization packages like ggplot2 and dplyr.
Knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data analysis and visualization.
Ability to create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau/Power BI
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Snowflake).
Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for data integration.
Understanding of machine learning principles and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn) for predictive analysis. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks), and statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
Having hands on experience with databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis for handling unstructured data.
Experience with cloud services like AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift), Google Cloud (BigQuery), or Azure for data storage and processing.
Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Exposure to tools like Apache Hadoop or Spark can be advantageous.
Awareness of data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.

Salary:  GBP 52000 to 65000 per annum
