We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will evaluate existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and play a key role in implementing effective, data-driven solutions. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies.
Anticipate organisational requirements and work proactively to develop effective solutions.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, IT advancements, and automation tools to modernize internal systems.
Conduct detailed requirements analysis and translate insights into actionable documentation.
Gather critical information through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews.
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports that support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with clients, technicians, and senior management to ensure process improvements align with business goals.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members through coaching, training, and performance guidance.
Support the development and implementation of process automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in business analysis, intelligence analysis, or process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of business process modelling, automation tools, or IT systems (preferred).
Strong leadership skills and experience guiding junior staff (advantageous).
