As a Residential Children’s Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a stable and supportive environment for children in need. You’ll guide, mentor, and encourage them to overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and build brighter futures.

A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
A strong commitment to empowering children and young people.
Ideally, experience in residential childcare, though we’re also excited to consider enthusiastic newcomers ready to learn.
Compassion, patience, and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
