Summary
HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) is a highly ambitious merged College Group. Based in the diverse London boroughs of Harrow, Hillingdon, and Richmond upon Thames, we have five vibrant, modern campuses supporting around 16,000 extraordinary learners.
Reporting to the Website Manager, you will effectively promote the College to key stakeholders, particularly prospective students, and parents, through targeted social and digital media, email marketing and video campaigns. You will develop creative and effective digital media communication strategies, ensuring the content and design of the College website is engaging and accessible. The role will also involve leading on specific projects and collaborating with staff across the College group to develop targeted campaigns.
We are seeking to appoint an individual who can demonstrate the following:
• Degree in Marketing, or equivalent vocational qualification or equivalent experience
• Recent experience of working in a digital media role, in a busy communications/marketing team
• Experience of managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content and engaging with the social media community
• Proven track record of successful development and implementation of various creative and innovative online marketing activities
• Good IT skills, including ability to use design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, knowledge of Zapier and Eventbrite, and experience of using a CMS (e.g. Joomla)
• Experience of setting up and running automated email campaigns and CRM management
The post holder can be based at either Uxbridge, Harrow or Richmond colleges. You must be willing and able to travel to other college sites when required.
The working pattern for this post is subject to agreement. 21.75 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
