An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Building Safety Team.
In this role you will be the voice of the customer, playing a key part in influencing stakeholders to ensure a customer focus is delivered within the Building Safety Programme. And wider fire safety team.
Our Engagement Officers will support all related building and fire safety activity that interacts with customers for all tenures and teams across L&Q. You will be ensuring actions and communications are developed and delivered in a customer centred way; and coordinating engagement with the formal resident engagement structure.
The role will be to provide meaningful engagement with residents across the Building Safety and Fire Safety Programmes. This include responding to resident questions, queries and concerns, as well as requests for information.
To be considered for this role applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Positive and collaborative approach to service delivery
• Must have a genuine concern for the resident experience, have excellent troubleshooting abilities and be solution driven
• Excellent written communication skills
· Influencing skills, ideally with demonstrable experience delivering training or presentations and the ability to lead meetings
· Ability to manage data
• An interest in Building Safety, Fire Safety and its wider impact.
• Experience with working in customer focused capacity
