Are you a skilled and passionate Building Safety Inspector ready to make a real difference in the lives of residents?
You will take a key role in ensuring compliance under the Building Safety Act and delivering best-in-class safety standards across
our high-rise and higher-risk buildings portfolio.
What you will be doing:
* Carry out routine building and fire safety inspections, including alarms, lighting, and fire doors.
* Manage fire safety actions and technical issues using digital systems.
* Lead customer engagement through safety briefings and drop-in sessions.
* Support and track delivery of Fire Risk Assessments and related safety strategies.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure evacuation plans and PEEPs are in place.
* Maintain accurate safety data and documentation using BIM and compliance tools.
* Inspect and audit contractor works to ensure safety standards are met.
* Work cross-functionally to resolve safety issues and support policy development.
* Champion a strong building safety culture across the organisation.
What we are looking for:
* HNC/D in a Building related subject or qualified by appropriate experience in asurveying or technical fire compliance role.
* Level 5 Diploma in Fire Safety and Risk Management
* FPA C08 Fire Risk Management in Residential Properties qualified or equivalent.
* NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Risk Management
* Fire Risk Assessor Certificate
* GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English
Additional Information:

* Two satisfactory references
* Occupational Health Questionnaire
* DBS check (if applicable)
