Crafted Jewellery is a bespoke jewellery brand specialising in handcrafted pieces with a focus on weddings and engagements. We seek a creative Social Media and eBay Assistant to enhance our online presence and manage product listings.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
•Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
•Create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels
•Monitor and respond to comments and messages
•Analyse social media performance and provide insights.
Product Listing Management:
Create and optimise product listings on eBay, Etsy, and Shopify.
Write compelling descriptions using AI tools and upload high-quality images.
Update listings regularly and manage inventory
Respond to customer inquiries and reviews.
General Duties:
•Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
•Assist with marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Not essential but ideal candidate should have..
•Experience in social media management and content creation
•Knowledge of eBay, Etsy, and Shopify
•Excellent writing, communication, and graphic design skills
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
•Passion for jewellery and fashion is a plus
