Fast Mover Tools is seeks a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling orders, and managing phone calls efficiently and professionally.
Sales Support: Support sales efforts by upselling products when appropriate, ensuring customers are aware of our full range of tools and services.
Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via email and telephone, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in an office based customer service role is essential.
Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Telephone Skills: A good telephone manner, able to handle calls with patience and professionalism.
Computer Skills: Quick and efficient keyboard skills with an understanding of Excel, training will be provided on our Microsoft Business Central System and CRM System.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a small team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and customer information.
