We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our continued success.

Job Summary:

As the Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our concession based in Boundary Outlet - Colne, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and store presentation. You will lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead by example, managing and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Management: Drive store sales and meet or exceed targets, implementing strategies to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, handling complaints and queries in a professional manner.
  • Stock Management: Oversee stock control and management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimised.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-presented and inviting to customers.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven managerial experience in a retail environment, preferably in the lighting or home decor sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Sales Orientation: A track record of achieving sales targets and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
