Job Summary:
As the Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our concession based in Boundary Outlet - Colne, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and store presentation. You will lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead by example, managing and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Sales Management: Drive store sales and meet or exceed targets, implementing strategies to maximise sales opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, handling complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Stock Management: Oversee stock control and management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimised.
- Store Presentation: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-presented and inviting to customers.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven managerial experience in a retail environment, preferably in the lighting or home decor sector.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Sales Orientation: A track record of achieving sales targets and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
