SHIFT WORK INCLUDING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS

Pendle Leisure Trust has an exciting vacancy for a manager to work at Pendle Wavelengths, Nelson. The successful candidate will ideally be experienced in the leisure industry (although not essential), exceptionally motivated and believes that the customer is the most important aspect to this business. Applicants will be extremely customer focused and take delight in ensuring each and every customer is given an enjoyable experience that far exceeds their expectations and makes them want to return to us time and again.
The successful applicant must have outstanding leadership skills, high levels of business acumen, strong attention to detail, be well organised and have a proven track record of getting the most out of their people and be able to demonstrate their people management skills in all that they do.
