Summary

To deliver an effective and efficient administration function for the Independent Reviewing Service. You will be working towards statutory deadlines, will be able to prioritise a heavy workload and work at a fast pace. You will take part in the organisation and minuting of complex Child Protection Conferences and LADO (Local Authority Designated Officer) meetings.
You will collate documentation, input statistical data and send out Microsoft Teams links and word document invites to attend Looked After Care Reviews for children, Child Protection Conferences and for LADO meetings.
You will develop and maintain information management systems and procedures and organise key meetings, offering a professional front of house service answering telephone calls of a sensitive and confidential nature and manning a busy reception desk.
You must be able to remain calm, diplomatic and approachable in stressful and pressurised situations, offering a professional administration service.
Experience of working in an office/administration environment with an extensive understanding of IT based systems, including Microsoft Office and extensive Minute taking skills is essential.
The successful candidate must have a 'can do' approach to the role and be committed to delivering an effective and efficient administration support service, undertaking a variety of different duties within the team.
