Customer Service Advisor One Strawberry Lane (the best view of St James’ Park) Start date 10 th June 2024 Newcastle upon Tyne City Centre – Hybrid - two days in the office and the remaining time from home (First four weeks will be full time office-based Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00) Full Time – 37.5 hours per week Flexible shift rotation Full Time: Monday to Friday currently between 8:00 am till 6:00 pm on a shift rotation. About you You’re a positive, confident & enthusiastic communicator with the ability to handle objections. You’re resilient when faced with a challenge or when things don’t go to plan. Can you remain calm dealing with some distressing calls from customers who are relying on your help? You follow process when it’s important but can also think on your feet. You have strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written language abilities. As well as calls our customers use email, Live Chat and social media to contact us. Have you experience using these tools? You’re comfortable leading the conversation and finding the right outcome for our customers. We’re offering 25 days holiday rising by 1 day each year up to 30 days. You can also purchase up to 5 additional days.
