In return we offer all our staff: Various shift patterns in accordance with the need of the home. Competitive and generous rates of pay depending on qualifications and experience. On-site parking. 5 and half weeks paid annual leave. Birthday off with full pay. Home to work travel assistance: 25p per mile motor milage allowance, 15p per mile cycle scheme, 50% paid for bus/train journey. Christmas / New Year’s Day paid at double time. Various Bank Holidays paid at time and a half. End of year performance related bonus scheme. Long service commitment bonus scheme paid at 3, 8 15 and 25 years. £100-£250 refer a friend bonus scheme.
