Our client, a leading provider of sports-based education and support services in Bristol, is seeking talented individuals to join their team as Full-time Sports Coaches and Sport Graduates in SEN Support Roles.

The salary for this position ranges from £465.00 to £550.00 per week, depending on your experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive sports and physical activity sessions that cater to the diverse needs of SEND learners
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans for each learner
- Monitor and track the progress of learners, providing regular feedback and adjusting lesson plans as needed
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's sports and physical activity programmes
- Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant sports coaching qualifications (e.g. , Level 2 or above in a sport-specific discipline)
- Experience working with SEND learners in an educational or sports-based setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with learners, parents/carers, and other professionals
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn, with a commitment to continuous professional development
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
