- Develop and deliver engaging sports programmes tailored to the individual needs of SEN students
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and skill development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student support
- Continuously assess and adapt teaching methods to meet the evolving needs of your students
- Actively participate in staff development opportunities and share best practices
- Relevant sports coaching qualifications or a degree in a sport-related field
- Experience working with individuals with special educational needs, preferably in a sports or educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
