We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and organised individual to join our team as a Level 2 Business Administration Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in administration while gaining a nationally recognised qualification and hands-on experience in a busy professional environment.

About WPT
At Wickersley Partnership Trust (WPT), we are fueled by a single commitment: 'We never knowingly do less for other people’s children than we would for our own.' As a thriving network of schools across South Yorkshire, we combine high expectations with embedded inclusivity. We do not work in silos; instead, we rely on deep collaboration and school-to-school support to ensure every student develops socially, emotionally, and academically to achieve the highest standards.

About the Role
As an apprentice, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You will be the friendly face and voice of the organisation, providing essential support to our staff, stakeholders, and visitors.

Responsibilities
First Point of Contact: Act as the initial point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries, ensuring all callers are greeted professionally, and information is directed to the right person.
Administrative Support: Use a variety of ICT packages and office equipment to produce accurate documents and support day-to-day tasks.
Data Management: Keep our manual and computerised systems up to date. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, identifying errors, and ensuring our reporting requirements are met.
Stakeholder Liaison: Provide information to various stakeholders, running basic reports from our management systems to answer queries efficiently.
Meeting Support: Attend meetings as required to take accurate notes and document agreed-upon actions.
Resource Management: Manage office supplies—storing, distributing, and replenishing equipment. You will also coordinate the servicing and repair of office machinery to ensure everything stays in working order.
Events & Hospitality: Support internal and external events by managing bookings, greeting guests, and assisting with hospitality and refreshments.
