- Supporting pupils across the classroom, both in groups and 1:1
- Helping to create a calm, positive learning environment
- Working closely with the class teacher to keep lessons flowing
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
- Being that steady, reassuring presence pupils rely on
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (required)
- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
- A calm, patient, and positive approach
- Someone who can build trust quickly, with pupils and staff alike
- A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
- Friendly, supportive staff team who genuinely look out for each other
- Well-structured school day, no chaos, just good routines
