Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised, one-to-one GCSE tuition
- Support students in English, Maths, and/or Science
- Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual learning needs
- Build positive, supportive relationships with students
- Encourage confidence, engagement, and academic progress
Requirements:
- Experience teaching or tutoring GCSE-level students
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse needs
- Relevant qualifications (QTS desirable but not essential)
Experience working with students with additional needs (SEMH, SEND, or those out of education) is highly desirable.
