Ourandnbsp;REACH Hubandnbsp;Provisionandnbsp;willandnbsp;deliver high quality, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences that enable every learner to make outstanding academic and personal progress.
andnbsp;
We areandnbsp;seekingandnbsp;to appoint aandnbsp;Re-integration Officer who is aandnbsp;dynamic, visionary practitioner to deliver high quality SEND/SEMH Behaviourandnbsp;within ourandnbsp;REACH Hubandnbsp;Provision. The REACH Reintegration Support Officer will work collaboratively with Sunderland schools, academies, and the REACH hub team to support the successful reintegration of learners with identified behavioural, social, or emotional needs.

As part of theandnbsp;REACH Hubandnbsp;team, the post holderandnbsp;will focus on reducing barriers to learning by delivering targeted interventions, offering personalised behaviour support, and strengthening relationships between pupils, families, and education providers.
