Our REACH Hub Provision will deliver high quality, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences that enable every learner to make outstanding academic and personal progress.

We are seeking to appoint a Secondary SENDCo who is a dynamic, visionary practitioner to deliver high quality teaching within our REACH Hub Provision. As a KS3/KS4 SENDCo and teacher, you will be joining an experienced and supportive school that has a real drive to see our pupils thrive and feel prepared for adult life. You will have small classes which will enable you to personalise the learning for the pupils you teach.andnbsp; As part of the REACH Hub team, the post holder will ensure that pupils attending The Link School receive a broad and balanced curriculumandmdash;including English, Reading, Maths, Science, ICT, PSHE, PE and topic based- learningandmdash;while also accessing therapeutic and specialist interventions that support their individual SEND needs.

Central to this role is the commitment to developing strong, trusting pastoral relationships that empower learners to overcome the barriers that have previously limited their success. Through consistent guidance, targeted support, and high expectations, the post holder will help learners build the confidence, resilience and skills needed to re-engage with education.

A key purpose of the REACH Hub Provision is to prepare pupils for successful reintegration into mainstream settings. The post holder will contribute to this by promoting positive attitudes to learning, fostering independence, and ensuring that every learner has the academic foundations, emotional readiness and social awareness required to thrive in their next educational environment.
