Position: Paint Sprayer
Location: Droitwich
Pay: £14.50/hour (DOE) + overtime (up to £21.75/hour)
Hours: 40/week, straight day shifts
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start: Immediate

Role Overview:
Join a well-established structural steel fabrication company, applying protective and decorative coatings to steel components. Work involves hands-on spray painting, shot-blasting, and operating overhead cranes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spray paint and finish steelwork to specification
  
• Operate 5-tonne overhead cranes safely
  
• Prepare surfaces: shot-blasting, masking, degreasing
  
• Conduct quality checks on coated steel
  
• Assist with loading/unloading lorries when required
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  

  Requirements:

  • Experience in industrial or steelwork paint spraying
    
  • Competent with overhead cranes
    
  • Physically fit for handling large steel structures
    
  • Flexible with hours and overtime
    
  • Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
