Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out minor works, repairs, and maintenance tasks across a variety of properties.
- Undertake multi‑trade duties (e.g., basic plumbing, joinery, carpentry, painting, patch repairs).
- Support responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and void property works where required.
- Ensure all work meets required standards, specifications, and health & safety regulations.
- Record completed tasks accurately via handheld devices or manual documentation.
- Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high‑quality, efficient service.
- Provide excellent customer service when attending occupied properties.
- Report issues, follow escalation procedures, and communicate effectively with supervisors.
