What the role involves:
Delivering engaging lessons across your subject specialism
Differentiating work to meet the needs of mixed-ability classes
Tracking student progress and using data to inform teaching
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
Working with colleagues to plan schemes of work and share resources
Supporting students’ academic achievement and personal growth
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
Confident classroom management skills
Ability to engage and motivate students
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
