Secondary Teacher Opportunities – Bromsgrove

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject area
Teach in line with the national curriculum and exam board requirements
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (essential)
Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge in your specialism
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students
