In this varied role, you’ll be at the heart of our day to day activity—supporting project teams, coordinating key administrative tasks, and helping maintain an efficient, welcoming, and well organised office environment. From assisting with project planning and documentation, to managing schedules, communications, and office resources, you’ll be an essential link between teams, clients, and partners. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings the right blend of experience, skills, and attitude to succeed in this dynamic role:

At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or project support role.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

A proactive, solutions focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Experience within a project-based environment or the water industry (desirable).

Knowledge of project management tools or processes (desirable).
