The Transformation Programme Managers works in our Transformation Delivery Team. In this role you will lead & drive a challenging programme of transformational change to improve both Clinical and Non-clinical services. This is a key role working with senior colleagues & Clinicians to design, implement and deliver multiple programmes of Improvement.

As a member of the Transformation Delivery Team, the Transformation Programme Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering large-scale Trust wide strategic transformation programmes, alongside the PMO Lead.

As a team we deliver a wide range of ambitious quality improvement and transformation programmes and projects across the Trust.
This is a full-time post working 37.5 hours per week.

Utilise significant experience in past delivery of programme management to design, lead and sustain a new programme of transformational change.

Plan and lead a range of complex activities to deliver large scale change and quality improvements taking in to account, uncertainties may impact upon the strategic direction of the programme.

Utilise advanced IT skills to assure delivery of the programmes and write progress reports and formal presentations for stakeholders as required (including external stakeholders).

Deal with complex situations and analyse and report on highly complex data as required.

Provide in depth analysis of highly complex information in order to identify opportunities for transformational change.

Contribute and, where required and agreed, lead on the development of strategic documents for submission e.g., Outline Business Case, Full Business Case.

Monitor and manage financial budgets and resources. Co-ordinate procurement and deliver excellent financial management of the programmes.
