The Records Services Manager is responsible and accountable for overall Records Management (Corporate and Health Records) for the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust and Cornwall Foundation NHS Trust. The post holder will direct the overall management and planning of this department, reviewing, updating and implementing service documents and ensuring compliance across the Trust.

The postholder will provide leadership and expert advice on records management across the Trust, and will play a key role in the transition from paper-based records to electronic records as part of the eNotes programme.

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) is the main provider of acute and specialist care services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We serve a population of around 500,000 people - a figure that can increase significantly with

visitors during the busiest times of the year. We employ approximately 6,700 staff and have a budget of approximately £580 million.
