Location: Manchester
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Paragon Education is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a well-supported specialist provision in Manchester. You will be working with pupils who require additional support, delivering tailored lessons that focus on both academic progress and personal development. The school benefits from experienced support staff and a leadership team that prioritises staff wellbeing and pupil success.
What the role involves:
Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to a range of special educational needs
Supporting pupils with EHCPs and adapting learning to meet individual targets
Creating a structured and nurturing classroom environment
Working closely with teaching assistants and external professionals
Monitoring and recording pupil progress and development
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with pupils with SEN, either in a specialist or mainstream setting
Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies
Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
Effective behaviour management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
