We are seeking a professional and proactive Mobile Corporate Receptionist to deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience across multiple corporate locations.
This role requires someone who can create a positive first impression, ensure high standards of service delivery, and confidently manage visitor processes while working independently.
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a busy corporate environment, embraces change, and consistently upholds best practice.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate calmness under pressure, have strong customer service experience - ideally within a hotel or corporate reception setting - and be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet visitors and employees in a friendly, professional manner.
Ensure all visitors and employees sign in/out and are issued correct passes in line with SOPs.
Communicate standard fire safety instructions to all visitors.
Maintain high front-of-house standards and consistently deliver strong performance.
Work in accordance with company policies, procedures, governance frameworks and SOPs.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Adhere to all QSHE procedures and H&S legislation, reporting risks, near misses, accidents or incidents to the Line Manager.
Handle customer complaints calmly, empathetically and professionally.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Ability to work independently with focus, motivation and initiative.
Efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Ability to handle difficult customers and work under pressure.
Experience providing reception services in a busy corporate environment.
Previous experience working within a diverse service delivery team.
Ability to manage queries and messages from visitors and staff in a timely, friendly and helpful manner.
Experience within a hotel environment is beneficial.
