Join us as an eFX Product Manager
- We’re looking for someone to join our eFX Quant Trading team to help grow the linear eFX business for our customers
- Day-to-day, you’ll develop our business plans and run initiatives to improve and automate the business, growing customer volumes and revenue

What you'll do
You’ll collaborate primarily with Traders, Sales, Quants, Technologists and Risk functions to improve the eFX business across spot, forwards and NDFs to meet strategic objectives.
Specifically, you’ll be:
- Developing a deep understanding of the linear eFX trading business and customers it supports
- Identifying and collating opportunities for growth, automation, operation and control improvement in linear eFX and how it supports other business areas
- Meeting with customers and venues to understand their developing needs, and help promote the linear eFX business with Sales
- Creating the business case for opportunities including the associated costs and benefits, and helping prioritise
- Creating business plans and strategies to take advantage of prioritised opportunities
- Taking a leading role in delivering certain initiatives
- Develop MI to track progress and forming actions to resolve any blockers
- Helping communicate to stakeholders and the wider business
- Utilising the bank’s AI tools to improve efficiency
- Taking steps to make sure trading activities are in line with group policies covering market, conduct, operational, credit and regulatory risks
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience in developing an electronic trading business to meet business objectives. We’ll expect you to have prior experience in FX spot, forward or NDF products.
We’ll also expect you to have:
- A commercial and proactive mindset
- An understanding of an electronic trading business, its markets and customers
- An understanding of pricing and risk management algorithms and their controls
- Experience creating and delivering business plans and MI to track them
- Experience dealing with customers and venues
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
